This project aimed to re-engage inactive members of a local fitness studio through personalized email marketing campaigns. The objective was to reconnect with old members, promote new offers, and drive membership renewals.
The fitness studio had a customer database of around 2,000 members, out of which 600+ hadn’t renewed their memberships in the past six months. The brand wanted to reconnect with them and highlight new programs and seasonal discounts.

Generic messaging that failed to resonate with different audience segments.
Divided members into three segments – inactive users, occasional visitors, and loyal customers.
Designed a 3-step email funnel – “We Miss You”, “Exclusive Offer”, and “Transformation Success Stories.
Added dynamic name tags, local trainer intros, and personalized offers.
Tested subject lines and CTA buttons for higher open and click-through rates.
Used metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion rate to refine content and timing.
