This project was designed to simulate a Google Search Ads campaign for a local fitness center, FitZone Gym, located in Hubli. The goal was to generate qualified leads for gym memberships and personal training programs using a focused, conversion-driven search strategy.
The campaign aimed to improve brand visibility, increase membership inquiries, and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) through strategic keyword targeting, ad copy testing, and performance optimization.

FitZone Gym is a neighborhood fitness studio that offers personal training, group classes, and nutrition guidance. Despite being in a prime area, the gym struggled to attract consistent new memberships due to:
Limited online visibility
Heavy competition from nearby franchise gyms
Reliance on word-of-mouth marketing
They wanted to tap into Google Ads to reach potential customers actively searching for gyms nearby and convert them into leads via a simple website landing page or lead form.
After analyzing the gym’s market and current online presence, I identified key problem areas:
Low Local Search Visibility: The gym didn’t appear on top search results for keywords like “gym near me” or “fitness classes in Hubli.”
Unoptimized Landing Page: Their landing page lacked clear CTAs and lead forms, leading to poor conversion potential.
Generic Messaging: Their ad content and social media posts didn’t emphasize value propositions like certified trainers, flexible timings, or special offers.
Poor Audience Targeting: They weren’t leveraging local intent-driven searchers ready to take action.
These insights shaped my strategy for campaign structure, keyword focus, and ad messaging.
Conducted keyword analysis using Google Keyword Planner.
