This simulated Performance Max campaign was designed to boost both online and offline visibility for a local fashion retailer (TrendZone Apparel) launching its seasonal collection. The campaign used Google’s automation to reach customers across Search, Display, Maps, Discover, YouTube, and Gmail simultaneously.

My Role:

I acted as the Performance Max Specialist, responsible for:

  • Asset creation (headlines, descriptions, images)

  • Campaign structure & goal definition

  • Setting up tracking for store visits and website actions

  • Performance simulation & optimization insights

Background:

TrendZone had strong in-store sales but limited digital footprint. Their challenge was to build consistent online discoverability and drive local footfall through strategic ads.

Understanding the Problem:

  1. Minimal online presence leading to low store discovery.

  2. No unified campaign across Google channels.

  3. Inconsistent branding in digital creatives.

  4. No tracking system to measure store visits.

Outcome:

The integrated Performance Max campaign built strong local visibility across all major Google touchpoints. It helped TrendZone drive consistent store visits and enhanced online engagement, positioning the brand as a top fashion destination in the area.
